1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Treato Private Limited's (“Treato”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Treato provides a technology platform connecting patients with healthcare providers:

• Appointment booking and scheduling with healthcare providers
• Video and audio consultations with registered medical practitioners
• Medical record storage and management
• Health information, content, and social features
• Payment processing for healthcare services

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content & License

By submitting content (reviews, comments, photos, etc.), you grant Treato a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operating and improving our Services, marketing, research, and training algorithms. This license continues even if you stop using our Services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated means to access the Services without permission
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

Certain Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees, provide accurate payment information, and authorize charges. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and individual provider cancellation policies. Consultation fees may be non-refundable once a consultation has commenced.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Treato or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Treato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any healthcare provider or third party

13. Changes & Entire Agreement

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Treato.
